A few machines have Java but not all of them. Almost all of the XP machines did that I saw. The only problem that I had was with one of the programs they had called ZipItFast. When I unzipped the dbayclient.zip the decompression program (zipItFast) associated the client.jar file with itself. So it was trying to open the client.jar file with another program when I clicked on the .bat file to start the simulation and the program would throw an exception. I finally had an administrator uninstall ZIPItFast and the simulation worked. I don't think this will be a big deal but I am just letting you know so if the install team goes in and runs into this problem they know what to do. I am not sure if that made sense? Mark Timmerman
