When turning in a draft of your paper/thesis/dissertation please provide
a transmittal sheet.  This sheet includes your name and email address
for contact.
Then list the title, what the draft is, 
the date and if a rewrite list major changes
from the last time.  
If this is a rewrite after an oral, please have this in a form
I can give to the other faculty on the committee.

If you written instructions of what changes to make, please include a copy
of the instructions with the transmittal sheet.
In may cases this will be a copy of an email sent to you.
<p>
If you are not on campus, please make sure the transmittal sheet includes
enough information so we can contact you and get the edited copy of
the document back to you.
This may include mail address, FAX number and so on.
