I recently launched a survey covering the QA of the Arabization process and the Arabized software as part of my PhD research.

The purpose of this survey is to collect information about the quality of Arabized software targeting the Arabic language users. This survey is part of a PhD research and the collected information will be used solely for the purpose of finding ways to improve the Arabization process and hence the quality of Arabized software and it will not be used for any other purpose.
