Assessment Instruments

Attached are files for the four survey instuments that were used for Spring 2005 for external assessment. These are as follows:

• survey_capstone_student.doc is the survey carried out in spring, 2005 of all students in the capstone course
• survey_capstone_sponsors.doc is the survey carried out in spring, 2005 of all sponsors of capstone projects
• survey_alums.doc is the survey carried out in the timeframe december, 2004 - January, 2005 of all alumni who graduated in the past three years ( 2001 - 2004) Note that the academic year 2004-05 alumni have not yet been surveyed
• survey_alum_employers.doc is the survey carried out in the timefram december, 2004 - january, 2005 of all employers of our alumni who graduated in the past three years ( 2001 - 2004). Does not include those for the 2004-05 academic year.
