Dear NDSU Computer Science Alumni:
You are invited to participate in a research study sponsored by the Department of Computer Science at North Dakota State University (NDSU). The Department is required to conduct a self study as part of a regular program review. You are being contacted now so that we may gather information about our alumni’s work history, and their experiences at NDSU Computer Science Department.
We invite you to participate in this study. Your participation is voluntary and you may quit at any time. Your input is requested so that we may learn about your employment status and your experiences with earning and using your NDSU Computer Science degree. The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes. The information you provide will assist us in our on-going efforts to improve the Computer Science program at NDSU for current and future students. Only respondents who agree to be contacted for a few brief follow-up questions over email will have identifying information; your identity will remain confidential and will NOT be included in any reports of the data.

If you have questions about your rights as a research participant, or to report a problem, please contact NDSU's Institutional Review Board office at 701-231-8908 or ndsu.irb@ndsu.edu.
